I have a contract for 7 months, which ended in December 2020. In November I had a conversation, that my temporary contract will be extended to an indefinite period. It was also said that I will get a new contract. Since then I have not received a new contract and every time it is promised that it will be sent to me as soon as possible. I have now found a new job and I know that I am still working on the basis of my first temporary contract. What should I pay extra attention to if I am going to quit my job?

After the first 7-month agreement expires, you will now continue working on the same terms as long as there is no new agreement, so again for 7 months. You should check whether your agreement includes an interim termination option, because otherwise you would only be able to leave at the end of the second 7-month period.
