Which notice period is leading?

My contract states: 'Employment contract to be terminated by written notice with a notice period of two months in accordance with the collective labor agreement.' The collective labor agreement states: 'For termination of an employment contract for an indefinite period, the statutory notice periods apply to both the employer and the employee....Unless otherwise agreed in the individual employment contract'. The statutory notice period is 1 month. Which notice period is leading?

If the agreed notice period is different from the statutory notice period, then it MUST be at least twice as long for the employer as it is for the employee. If not, then the statutory notice period applies to the employee. This has been decided by the Supreme Court.
