Washing machine repair problems? Get free advice!

We have had to wait 5 weeks for our washing machine to be repaired Whirlpool promised us that it would be resolved in week 51 and that a technician would come by with the part. Now suddenly there are multiple parts and they say it will take even longer. The funny thing is that the first one was supposed to take a week and a half, until my wife asked if it couldn't be done sooner. To which they reply, you can get 250 euros for a new machine. My wife said no we bought a 5 year warranty and want it repaired. Since then it feels like they are stringing us along until we break to take the money. They know that it costs more to repair the machine. What can I do about this?
