Who decides about your savings account after divorce?

I have a savings account in my name where I save for the children. My ex also put money in it. Who decides about this account? The divorce agreement states that the payment would be made in 2022. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours sincerely,

As long as both parents have custody of the child, both parents manage and decide on the account. This means that one of the parents can also decide on the account. The savings amount does go to the child and is usually not included in the division in the event of divorce.
