Liability for undelivered iPhone – Legal Advice Centre
Questioner
Dear, Last week I ordered an iPhone xs max (worth 1250.00) at bol.com. This iPhone was supposed to be delivered by Post NL on Thursday, April 11. I never received this package and it was therefore not delivered to the address I provided. This while the order status is "delivered". In addition, the package had to be signed for. I also asked neighbors and house residents if they had received anything, but they knew nothing. After contacting Bol.com, they indicated that they would start an investigation and that I would have to wait for the outcome. Now I wonder, if the package never surfaces, who can I hold liable for this? Thanks in advance.Lawyer
You will have to hold bol.com liable. They will have to prove that the package has been delivered to you and if a signature has been placed, this must also be demonstrated. Please wait for their response first and then contact me for consultation.Neem de volgende stap
