Solar panels on garage: VvE permission required?

Ir/Madam, I intend to install solar panels on the roof of my garage. My garage is diagonally behind my apartment and that is also the only garage our 18-apartment complex. Now my question is whether I need permission from our VvE to place solar panels on the roof of my garage. I am curious about your response. Kind regardsLawyer
Whether permission is required must be apparent from the regulations as included in the deed of division (or any later deed of amendment). Probably a model regulation has been declared applicable in it. All model regulations state that permission from the VvE is required for attaching items to the outside.Lawyer
