File a complaint with the police | Legal Aid Office

Questioner

As a police officer, I filed a complaint against a colleague for slander and libelous accusation. My (police) management refused to deal with my many complaints about the slander and deliberately allowed the slander to continue, thereby damaging my name, honor and reputation. By chance I learned that the said management also received a document from the colleague in question, of which I know the accusations are untrue. My position is confirmed by witnesses. I subsequently filed a complaint against the colleague in question. In the interest of the evidence, I would like to see the aforementioned document. My management categorically refuses to grant access to the said document and is obstructing the course of justice, because they are withholding evidence and also know that the accusations made by the colleague in question are untrue. The colleague in question is therefore being shielded by the police management and covering up crimes committed by a police officer. ---I want to file a complaint against the police for obstructing justice--- Can you indicate which articles of law are being violated by the police management?
