Liability for damage to school

At the end of the day, Fenn (16), Mo (16), Brandan (17), Chris (17), Robin (17) and Max (18) come and ruin everything. They kick over the games, throw the ready-made drinks and push the children to the ground. It doesn't stop there. They throw loose stones at the windows of the school. Not only are the windows smashed, blackboards are also broken, the doors are smashed and havoc is caused in several classrooms. The teachers call the police, but by the time they arrive, only Fenn and Max are still there. Fenn and Max are then arrested. Unfortunately, there is considerable damage to the school.
