VVE Termination: Legal Advice and Options

we want to terminate an agreement, this should have been done in writing 3 months in advance. according to the law vsan Dam I say that this should be done 1 month in advance. now the discussion is that the VVE is not seen as a private individual, however we are all private individuals who jointly represent our interests through a VVE. is it demonstrable that we are seen as private individuals?
