We recently purchased a piece of land (garden land) for which a preliminary purchase contract without any suspensive conditions was signed at the notary. Based on good contact with the seller and naivety, we agreed to pay half of the purchase price in cash without the notary. This was reported to the notary by a third party, an interested party. The purchase agreement will soon be finalized. How should we act now to ensure that this comes to a successful conclusion?
