Hello, I received permission from my health insurance last week for a tummy tuck (with the help of my legal expenses insurance). Now I have recently been partially ill. From next week I will be back to 100%. The operation would be in November. Now I am prepared to take 4 weeks unpaid leave for the operation. Can my employer refuse?
