I have had treatment done by Erasmus MC mailformatie specialist told me there are no risks for this treatment. I have still got worse because of the treatment my foot was injected twice instead of blood vessel under my skin by accident and because of that I have more pain and lost my job, in short she made a mistake during the treatment and received wrong information, because of that I have filed liability with Erasmus MC but I am still 7 months further I get no response from them, when I call they said too busy or will you get a response within 1 month unfortunately I still get no response. My question is do I have a chance to win thanks to a lawyer? regards
