Ownership of VvE: Rights and Obligations

Our treasurer is not registered with the Chamber of Commerce. He is a mid-dieter by profession and has 15 years of Rabobank experience. The old chairman has resigned because he is impossible to work with. Does this person now have a say in our VvE? There are also two other board members elected in the meeting of 6-4-18 with whom he does not want to enter into consultation.
