VVE Problem Solving – Free Legal Advice

I would like to thank you for the answer. As I thought myself, it is a VVE problem and not a private problem. However, someone from the board just came to tell me (after I had sent another email about what they were going to do about the wasp nest) that someone from pest control would come by on Monday to take a look. Now my next question is what can I do if the VVE decides not to take any further action? Can/may I take the law into my own hands and have wasp nests exterminated by a certified company at the expense of the VVE? After all, it's about my safety. Thank you again for also looking into this question so that I can have a good legal answer ready for the gentlemen of the board on Monday.
