I have had a new manager for a month now. My previous manager always put my overtime on pay. My current manager did not do this and I have earned far too little this month. It can only be settled with the next salary in December. I am entitled to my money, right? I cannot afford to wait another month.

If it is customary for you to receive your overtime monthly, you are indeed entitled to payment of these overtime hours. You can request your manager in writing to do so. You can also claim statutory interest and statutory increase. If your manager does not do so and you have an urgent interest, summary proceedings can be conducted if necessary.
