I am at risk of getting into conflict with my employer what is going on: I am not redundant or suspended, something else is going on. in short: The integrity office and local committee have received complaints from employees of my department. These complaints are mainly about management. An external agency has conducted an investigation and this was confirmed. Nevertheless, senior management has decided to map something out by asking 5 questions. One of the questions was whether you have confidence in the change. I indicated that I do have confidence in the department, but not in the way they want to tackle this. They think that everything will be fine again through team building. I was then informed that we will embark on a different path. They have now made a proposal, but also indicated that I am no longer wanted in the department as of 1 December 2012. I will only hear where I am if I do not agree with their proposal. Nothing is fixed and on paper yet. At the moment I do not know what to do and would like assistance in this. Is that possible?
