In the night of 23-24 May 2018, a situation occurred in which I suffered damage due to your actions. The extent of this damage is not yet fully clear. The following happened in my experience: From the moment I moved in until the night of 23-24 May 2018, no water damage was ever found in the shed. However, there was often water right in front of the entrance to the sheds. For years, there had been water drains in front of the shed doors in the AA section of the complex. The water drain pans have now been cleaned for the most part (no. 02-09); this has been arranged by XX. A water pan end with drain, has not yet been cleaned (no.01); that would happen soon. There are now grids on it, with no to small spaces in between. How are the other sheds doing...?! In addition, support is needed from XX to remove the items from the shed; to record the damage and to make the shed dry again, odorless and equipped with properly functioning ventilation. We would appreciate your cooperation as soon as possible. It is possible that you are insured by a liability insurance. Because you have committed an unlawful act, I advise you to inform your insurer about this incident. If I have not been informed by you within 7 working days, I will assume that you will fully assume the damage yourself. I request that you send me a letter back containing the following information: o Who your insurer is o The address and telephone number of the department that handled your claim. To ensure that this letter has been received by you, I have personally delivered this notice of liability with proof of receipt. All rights belong to myself.
