my mother passed away and I was told this through a notary office +/- 6 months later . that was at the time on behalf of my sister. she emptied the house, sold everything and threw it away. Through the notary's office I received information about what had happened to the money in my mother's bank account and the remainder would be divided by 3 . this was 2015 I then emailed this notary office to ask what to do next, but no response until today. What am I still entitled to? I am the eldest of three children. hope you have an answer.
