Brought on Saturday morning, after a 2 hour phone call from the vet that he could not find a uterus in 1 cat. so closed again, he also asked if the other cat also needed to be helped, a bit of a strange question for a vet if you bring them in for a neuter. So I said yes, trusting the vet. that went completely wrong and I ended up in an emergency clinic with my cat. She fought for her life there for a week and a half and she survived. the reason I am asking this question so late is that I was in a very difficult situation at the time because my mother was in bad shape and eventually died. can I still hold this vet liable for the high costs that I had to make
