Kitesurfing school liability - Free legal advice

I recently broke my neck during a kitesurfing lesson. After the fall I got up, dressed myself and drove myself to the emergency room. I have numb toes, 1 thumb and nerve pain on my thigh. Can I hold the school liable for consequential damages?
