Wheel clamp on private property: what now?

Questioner

I got a wheel clamp on private property yesterday. When I parked, the entire row of signs for this company was turned around. This gave me the idea that this was no longer applicable. The signs do not mention that a wheel clamp can be placed. Apparently, there is a sign at the beginning of the business park that wheel clamps can be distributed in the area. Can I object to this or am I not within my rights? The company itself does not want to cooperate in any case.

Lawyer

Dear, no matter how annoying this is, your case is not feasible in both objection to the Public Prosecution Service and appeal to the court. If you park somewhere, you must make sure that you are allowed to park there. If a sign has been turned around, you must check whether this also means that you are really not allowed to park there at that moment. Due to my extensive experience in court with these types of cases, I want to save you the time and costs of filing an objection. If you still want to do this, please contact me without obligation for an initial consultation.
