dear sir/madam I have signed a rental contract for a fixed period of one year. but I want to break the contract, I have a one-month notice period, unfortunately the advisor told me that this is not the case (so she gave me incorrect information so that I would not break the rental contract. I contacted the rental company before the rental contract started, but they said they didn't know if it was possible. Can I do anything about this?

nothing is stated about early cancellation well that it is possible after 28 days but as described I was not/incorrectly informed about this, the person said that it was not possible to rent it out
