What to do when a company goes bankrupt? Get free advice

I bought boots less than six months ago. They broke quite quickly and I returned to the store with them. Everything was handled properly and I was allowed to choose new, different boots. Now I have had these new pair of boots for only two months and they are already broken! I returned to the store again and twice I was faced with a closed door while the website indicated that they would be open. There was no information at the branch about why it was closed. I searched around on the internet and now it appears that the company has gone bankrupt. There is no possible way to contact this company, the phone is not answered and the email is not answered by customer service. Now I am stuck with broken boots for the second time. What can I do?Lawyer
You should report to the trustee of the bankrupt company and make your complaint known there. There is a chance that the trustee will not have to accept your complaint if you do not have sufficient evidence.
