Debt Restructuring Act and Debt Advice - Legal Aid Office

I am in the Debt Repayment Act (Wsnp) but no longer have any debt. My protective administrator initially made an offer for final settlement and it worked, but now I have to stay in it according to the administrator and the judge, otherwise I have to pay the administrator's costs and I cannot claim the Debt Repayment Act (Wsnp) for 10 years. I really find this bad because I cooperated in everything and did not settle my debt myself for final settlement and now I have to stay in it for another 2 years. How is this possible? And can I do something about it?Lawyer
If you have no debts, you obviously do not have to be in the WSNP. You can contact me and I will find out for you what exactly is going on.Questioner
My administrator has been in contact with the judge and he told her that if I want to leave I will not get a clean slate and then have to pay court fees and pay the administrator from the moment I am in the Wsnp at 144 euros per month. And I am not allowed to claim the Wsnp for 10 years. I cannot pay the costs so I am forced to stay in it now while I have had no debt from the start. My partner does have sky-high debts and cannot enter the Wsnp because he cannot provide bank statements from 2012 because he has to pay this while we cannot. It is all a very strange story. In the meantime we have been living on 80 euros a week since 2014 with a lot of nagging.Neem de volgende stap
