Hello, we signed a contract for solar panels last Monday, doesn't feel good anymore, can we still get rid of this?

In a purchase agreement you have 7 days to cancel the agreement. Make sure you do not cancel otherwise you may have to pay cancellation costs.

May I ask you how this purchase and possibly also the contract of employment came about; at home via an advertisement/internet? The law on door-to-door sales has been repealed, no longer exists. In its place, there is now a regulation for purchase of services agreed at a distance or outside the sales area, dissolution and cooling-off period of 14 days after conclusion or receipt. If you have not been informed of this, it is even a year. If you have concluded the purchase on your own initiative in a sales room, the above does not apply and you are in principle bound by the purchase agreement and the conditions for cancellation.
