I work in a bakery and get paid according to the catering industry collective labor agreement. When can you, as an employer, apply a hospitality industry collective labor agreement? Can a bakery that only produces for the third channel, i.e. without retail sales, seating or a lunchroom, apply the catering industry collective labor agreement?
