I am married in community of property we have a joint business, my husband and I are now separated not officially divorced. I want to sell my business is that possible

As long as you are still married in community of property, division of the company is not yet an issue. However, you can already record the agreements about this in a divorce agreement. If the divorce with agreement is filed with the court, you can split the company from that day on. Since 1 January 2012, the date of filing the request to the court applies as the date of dissolution of the community of property.
