Trailer gone? Free legal advice!

My question to you is the following, someone has parked a closed trailer at our house through our driveway, right behind the house, without asking, Trailer with license plate. We just want these gone. People on the trailer are aware that we want this road. Has been there since the beginning of October. What to do?
