My son just turned 18. He was placed in a family home and we as parents are divorced and both no longer have authority (this was terminated by the court) my son does not want to learn and does not work either. He was in the family home with an indication. Today he indicated that he was going to live with his mother. For which costs can I be held liable as a parent? My ex-partner receives benefits and indicates that he has no means. My new partner and I both have a job. In the past, the court has set an alimony amount for him of 162 per month.
