Legal action in case of harmful publication

My ex (since 1985) has written an autobiography in which she does not take the truth so seriously regarding ex-husbands, children, family and friends. Concretely: she uses untruths and vulgarities that come purely from her imagination as truth and thereby damages my and many others' reputations. She does this despite my prohibition to do so via email, which she also confirmed. What steps can I take to stop the publication of this book? see:vreemdkind.nl
