Rights in Warranty and Repair | Legal Aid

I sent my Samsung for repair within the warranty period. I indicated in advance that the warranty is valid. I had to send it 3 times for this and this has always been done very neatly. Now it is the case that this time there was a small damage on the back of the mobile. I received a bill of €450 for repair. and if I do not want this it will cost me more than €50 in research costs. Now I actually only want the motherboard replaced (this is under warranty) but the factory does not allow partial returns, is this allowed? I just want my mobile back working with a broken back. since I thought I was entitled to a working mobile.Lawyer
First of all, the conditions apply, what is described there in terms of rights and obligations if there is a defect that occurs within the warranty period. Then there is nothing, then the reasonableness of the law applies. You ask whether you may decide what the defect is and what should be made, the supplier states that they may decide this for you: ask where that is stated in the conditions.Neem de volgende stap
