Legal Question about Internal Vacancy? Find out Now!

Questioner

I work for a large healthcare organization. There are different homes, clinics and outpatient care. Also in different places of residence. Now I work in The Hague. And there is an internal vacancy within the large healthcare organization in another city, so not internal to the clinic where I work. Now my question is, do I have to cancel my contract with the clinic and sign a new contract? Or can this also run over and I keep my pbl leave days and permanent contract?

Lawyer

If you are hired in the other city through the internal vacancy, this is a change in the employment conditions for which the new agreement was devised. By the way, you usually keep your vacation days. When canceling, pay attention to the notice period.
