Question regarding who has a claim on whom The Childcare Act of 2010 stipulates that the requesting parent may no longer pay the childminder directly, but what if a childminder agency goes bankrupt and the requesting parents have properly made their payments to the childminder agency, but the childminder has not been paid or has not been paid in full? Who then has the claim on whom? The childminder on the requesting parent or the childminder on the childminder agency? Unfortunately, the Childcare Act does not regulate this, hence the question
