Due to tax benefits I want to buy a house before the end of this year. However, the residents can only leave the house 1 month later due to personal circumstances. Is it possible to have the legal delivery of the property take place before the end of the year and the actual delivery (handover of keys) 1 month later? And if so, what is the best legal way to arrange this? And what are the consequences regarding mortgage providers and home insurance?
