Legal assistance with housing and loan agreements

Questioner

Father of 87 sold farm/home to son where he lived and worked as a farmer all his life. Father has a loan agreement with son until his death. Now father has girlfriend and sometimes lives with father and takes care of father. Now son does not agree with that and wants girlfriend to leave home and says if you do not leave I will kill you. I am willing to serve 4 years for that. Incidentally, there is nothing about living together in the loan agreement. Father is also no longer allowed to hang up his own mailbox. The mail that father receives then goes to son. Son sometimes opens mail from father. Father does not want his mail to come via son. What can father do about this? Father is still 100% mentally. Can son demand that girlfriend is not allowed to come to father. I am waiting for an answer..thank you

I would need to see the lease agreement to give a better answer, but it is usually the case that landlords or in this case someone who has loaned the house can determine who the father gets to visit. Does the son still live there? Incidentally, opening mail is a violation of the confidentiality of correspondence and is punishable..:

Questioner

I don't understand that the landlord or lender can determine who comes to the tenant/borrower. My housing association from whom I rent a house can't care who I have in the house. As for the mail...how can that be solved? You say it's punishable. But how can father stop this then.

Questioner

The woman had been there a year before father sold the house to son. Son said nothing about this at the time of the sale. Isn't it true that son should have let his father choose. If father had known this before then, father would not have sold the house to son. The loan agreement also says nothing about this.
