My neighbor's cat scratched the leather upholstery of the driver's side seat of my car at an unguarded moment when I was working on my car. I put in new leather upholstery myself, replacing the seat cost me 600 euros. Now I have also reupholstered the seat next to the driver's side (which was not damaged) because the colors of both seats were supposed to differ. This cost me 1200 euros. Can I hold my neighbor liable for this?
