Legal question about contract extension?

Continuation of contract, same conditions?? My employer did not comply with the notice period. I have not received in writing that there is a continuation and under what conditions in writing. My contract ends on 1-10-2017 and on 11-09 my manager verbally indicated that the contract will be extended by one month. On 19-08 I received a written email stating that there is an extension but no mention of duration or conditions. Now my employer uses confirmations of employment that are sent by email 1-2 days before the start. This does state your salary and length of call. And that if you go to work you agree to the deployment. My question is, am I still entitled to a continuation of the previous conditions of 1 year if I show up at work on 2-10 after the confirmation of the deployment? And am I now entitled to a month's compensation?

If the employer has not complied with the notice period, you are entitled to compensation. This will probably be at the expense of the employment relationship.
