I had a subscription with Vodafone. I did not want to renew this subscription as soon as the end date was there. (9-10-2017). Now the provider has entered an incorrect date as the end date (10-8-2017) and is now charging me the redemption fee. Are they allowed to do this, since it is their fault that the subscription expires earlier than I would like?
