IOAW Help: Get Answers to Legal Questions

I saw a story from you about IOAW now I have a question about IOAW a bit like the story, after being sent from pillar to post by the municipality they keep asking all kinds of irrelevant questions. Although I gave them the information about my house (deed of ownership), no mortgage and therefore no housing costs they keep sending a new letter to provide this information. If I indicate that housing costs are zero I can't prove that. They are now asking for bank statements from October 2017. My 2 unemployment benefits expire on October 31 and December 15, something I also indicated. One employee says take into account that the IOAW benefit is in the name of your partner so if you split up you are not entitled to it. Apparently he thinks that there is a right to IOAW. Why then all these questions that have nothing to do with the right to IOAW. The form looks more like that of regular assistance to my question do I not have a wrong form is the answer....we do not have a good form for the IOAW it has been like this for 10 years............!? What should I do with these civil servants now, I actually don't even dare to ask what they want with that information because eventually you will encounter them again.
