I have to go back for my health to the Netherlands for more than 4 months, my partner stays behind abroad to arrange the papers needed to come to the Netherlands. What about my AOW benefit in the Netherlands and the AOW allowance that I receive for my partner?

Dear, There is no change to the supplement on the AOW pension that your partner receives for you because this is a temporary situation. You are still each other's partners. And certainly if you are married, there is nothing wrong because there is no question of permanently separated living.

Only if you live or work in the Netherlands are you required to take out basic insurance. For the time being, you could look for international health insurance, but that is not required. You cannot simply take out basic insurance in the Netherlands in the Netherlands. It is best to contact an (international) health insurer to inquire.
