I work through an employment agency. And I got a one-year extension in October 2016. Now on 19-8 I received a message by email that my contract is being extended. But the duration of the extension is not mentioned. But there is talk that just like with the previous extension I will get a contract. But I didn't get a contract with the previous extension. 19-8 also started my vacation. Now I'm back per 10-9. I haven't received a contract yet, nor heard what the length of the extension is. Shouldn't I be notified of this 6 weeks in advance? What are my rights now? Can I now claim a year? Am I entitled to compensation for late filing, if it is not extended?Lawyer
Good that you ask the question. Your employer should give you a contract. Without a contract, proof of proof in the event of a disaster is problematic. The message by email is an agreement. You may be entitled to compensation. I recommend asking your employer for clarification. If you wish, you can contact us without any obligation.Neem de volgende stap
