Training Problems? Get Legal Advice!

I registered a few months ago for a course that I was really looking forward to. Now the course will start next week but I still don't know my training day. I know on which day I start and when my second lesson is but the rest remains unclear. I thought this would be Thursday so I planned everything around that but this turned out to be a miscommunication. It turned out to be very difficult for the trainer to swap me to that day so I tried to change my planning for work and childcare. When that was successful I immediately sent an email saying that it was okay and that I could follow the lessons on Tuesday and that she no longer had to look or ask if someone could swap. After all, she could now just leave me on the day where she had put me herself. Now I get the answer that that is also in jeopardy and that I just have to wait and see. She now wants me to come next week and then I will hear what my day will be. Tuesday or Thursday. The general terms and conditions state that I can no longer cancel anything and if I do, I still have to pay tuition and product packages. I have also heard that if she fails to comply with her own terms and conditions, I can still cancel. I would rather go to another trainer now.Lawyer
You have the right to transparency regarding the teaching days as part of the study agreement you have concluded. Especially if it concerns a study that combines work and study, taking into account the other planning. Cancelling the course is not possible without notice, the course must be put in default. The lack of insight into the teaching days is not in itself a reason to cancel, but it must be considered to what extent this will hinder you from being able to follow the course. I advise you to consult the conditions before putting the course in default in writing.Neem de volgende stap
