My daughter has and had made a payment arrangement with duo for her public transport. She received a letter from a on June 6, 2017 stating that the amount to be paid was 0.00, so it was ready. Today she received a letter stating that she still had to pay an amount for her public transport. She called a not very nice employee of duo and she said that they found out at the end of June that she still had to pay. Now my question is that letter stating that she had finished paying not valid and does she still have to pay? The employee also said that they had refunded an amount in June, but my daughter did not receive it.Lawyer
