The company where I worked was recently declared bankrupt. Now, without my knowledge and that of other colleagues, they have transferred us to another BV. This BV has been declared bankrupt. The curator indicated that this construction occurs more often because the company has multiple BVs and people do not think that the entire group has gone bankrupt. Can a company simply transfer you to another BV without you knowing anything about it? In my opinion, they did this to avoid paying severance pay. There is a group of people who did stay at work and the company never closed.
