Neighbors and Fence: Jura, What is and isn't allowed?

Are the new neighbors allowed to hang things on the fence that we paid for? The fence is on the property line. We put it up before the neighbors moved in.

Yes, the neighbors are allowed to attach things to the fence because it is on the property line and therefore also on their land. This would only have been different if the fence had been entirely on land.
