Legal advice in labor disputes

Questioner

Hello, I have been sick at home since April with work-related depression. The company doctor does not yet consider me fit for work. On his advice, a company social worker has been called in, who in turn also does not consider me fit for work. All this has gone down the wrong way with the employer. He has put the BMW aside and does not want to pay for it. In addition, he has sent me several threatening emails, in which he sits in the chair of the BA, threatens with a wage freeze, UWV, the BMW that does not function, etc. In other words, I have become afraid of my employer unfortunately, which has also caused me to have a relapse in my depression. What are my options to get out of this in good health? (I also receive partial sickness benefits from a previous unemployment benefit, BA UWV is already following along on the sidelines)

Lawyer

You are in the right. The ArboDienst decides in principle. Given the employer's attitude and the threatening e-mails, I advise you to contact a specialized labor law attorney as soon as possible to prevent further escalation.
