Legal Advice for Car Towing by the Municipality

I am currently in a clinch with the municipality of The Hague. My car was wrongfully towed away and they keep changing information. In addition, I have suffered loss of income because I did not have the car at my disposal. I have appealed the decision. I do not agree with this decision, because at the time I parked I was under the impression that I was doing nothing wrong. I parked my car as usual in my residential street and I am absolutely certain that at that moment I did not see any signs stating that there would be a number of hours of parking there. was not allowed to be parked, I paid extra attention to this because I wanted to be sure that my car would be safe for the next 2 weeks. Another extremely annoying thing is that I only received notification of the action by letter, which meant that I could only take action after my holiday (more than 10 days after the date of the decision). Based on these arguments I would like to ask you to reduce the costs, please consider: - the fact that I was on vacation and could therefore only act late. This entails 10(!) extra storage costs; - you can assume that I did not deliberately violate anything, as I had to park the car here for 2 weeks; - the signs for the work, which will only last a few hours, were not visible at the time I parked on 11/7 at around 8 p.m. (if they were there at that time, they were probably turned around or something) - that my total costs of 670 euros are bizarrely high if you compare it to the alleged fact, here the blunt axe has been used very harshly. Finally, I want to say that my trust in the government is gone. Now that they know that I parked the car on the 11th, they suddenly retract the words. My question is: how can I trust the institution if they don't have their affairs in order? - Sending incorrect papers from another car; - Incorrect information provided several times; - Putting a registered letter through the letterbox; - Send letters containing sensitive information that are not sealed. Could you help me in rectifying this matter?
