Legal Advice on Childcare
Questioner
I received a form at our daughter's daycare. Our daughter (7 years old) and I have to sign this so that she can play outside (schoolyard) without supervision. However, this is not the responsibility of the daycare. I pay for daycare and want her to be able to play safely indoors and outdoors under supervision. As a parent, I can reasonably assume that, right? I received this form like this, not in 2 errors. is it wise to sign this? is this an evasion of responsibility?Lawyer
I advise you not to sign without knowing the (written) conditions. After all, this will not have a positive effect on your legal position in the event that the safety of your child is unexpectedly at stake. If you pay for the care and safety of your child, you can also assume that. For more information or help, you can contact me without obligation and directly.Neem de volgende stap
