I received a form at our daughter's daycare. Our daughter (7 years old) and I have to sign this so that she can play outside (schoolyard) without supervision. However, this is not the responsibility of the daycare. I pay for daycare and want her to be able to play safely indoors and outdoors under supervision. As a parent, I can reasonably assume that, right? I received this form like this, not in 2 errors. is it wise to sign this? is this an evasion of responsibility?
