Legal Assistance with Debt Collection Disputes

On July 25th I was called by a debt collection agency. They had the assignment to collect an amount from me. Because it took too long they summoned me and my husband. In order to avoid the summons we had to pay within fifteen minutes otherwise we would be summoned the next day. For that reason we paid immediately, an amount of €100.43. We have tried to contact the company several times, during which we were promised that they would contact us within a week. It has now been 3 weeks and we still have not been called. We have called several times ourselves, but we cannot speak to the person in question and there is also no response by email. We have now put the company in default. We have never received a service or a product for the amount and an invoice is also missing. We would like our money back as we have now paid for something we do not have.
