Legal assistance with reintegration problems

Questioner

Hello, I am currently sick at home for 4 months with depression (work-related) and am in the reintegration process. I am now also being treated by a psychologist, the company doctor has now concluded for the third time that I am not better yet. On his advice, a company social worker has been appointed, and the employer has approved this. Now the findings of the BMW are the same as those of the BA. My employer (who has been sending intimidating/threatening messages to me from day 1 of my illness and also cc'd the Arbo, about his frustration that I am not recovering quickly and am not cooperating), has indicated that he does not want to continue with the BMW. (The BMW would be present at any follow-up discussions with the employer) He has 'threatened' with the UWV, expert opinion perhaps? I currently receive sickness benefits from the UWV for a certain number of hours, resulting from the WW. The UWV insurance doctor has been kept informed by email, he has all the reports from the BA. My question is: What options do I still have now that the BMW is no longer being used? Can the employer request an expert opinion while I have already been declared sick for a certain number of hours by the UWV?

Lawyer

I advise you to inform the UWV in writing that your employer is not cooperating with your reintegration, as he is frustrating the work of BMW.
